This newly-built contemporary home was asking for an extension of its sleek Modern lines into the garden. We answered the call with the installation of low, textured cement walls, dark-stained wood decking, and built-in benches out of the same, warm-toned, weather-resistant wood. These visually-harmonious architectural elements match the style of the home while inviting and supporting spending more time outdoors enjoying this hillside property’s unique views. The water feature, incorporating deep indigo tile adds a soothing counterpoint to the crisp visual lines. Mounds of marsh grasses in an evenly-spaced triangular formation in the front yard communicate tranquil curb appeal.
